PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE RESERVING YOUR SESSION
Our studio is a private creative space designed for photography and content creation.
To maintain a safe, professional environment, all renters and their guests must follow our studio policies.
STUDIO GUIDELINES
- RESERVATIONS ARE LIMITED TO THE BOOKED TIME AND AUTHORIZED AREAS.
- NO ALCOHOL, ILLEGAL DRUGS, SMOKING, VAPING, WEAPONS, OPEN FLAMES, OR HAZARDOUS MATERIALS.
- DO NOT MOVE LARGE FURNITURE, ALTER FIXTURES, BLOCK EXITS, OR TAMPER WITH SAFETY EQUIPMENT.
- NO PETS, LOUD MUSIC, OR UNAUTHORIZED VISITORS.
- MINORS MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.
- ALL PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND EQUIPMENT MUST BE REMOVED AT DEPARTURE.
- REPORT DAMAGE, SUSPICIOUS ITEMS, OR SAFETY CONCERNS IMMEDIATELY.
- ALL BOOKINGS ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, OR RESCHEDULING DUE TO THE TIME CONSTRAINTS OF THE POP UP.
RENTER RESPONSIBILITY
THE PERSON MAKING THE RESERVATION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR GUESTS, CLIENTS, EQUIPMENT, AND COMPLIANCE WITH STUDIO RULES. RENTERS MAY BE CHARGED FOR DAMAGE OR ADDITIONAL CLEANING RESULTING FROM THEIR SESSION, AS PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
RENTAL AGREEMENT
BY BOOKING, RENTERS ARE REQUIRED TO REVIEW AND ACCEPT THE COMPLETE STUDIO RENTAL AGREEMENT AND SAFETY POLICIES.

Studio Rules & Policies
Welcome to Poem and Stills. Our thoughtfully designed photography spaces are intended to inspire creativity while providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for photographers, content creators, and their guests.
By booking or using our studio, renters agree to comply with the following policies and the applicable Studio Rental Agreement.
1. Reservations & Studio Access
Studio access is limited to the reserved date, time, and authorized rental space.
Rental time includes all preparation, photography, breakdown, and cleanup.
Early entry, extended use, and access to unreserved areas require prior written authorization.
Renters are responsible for everyone they invite into the studio.
Access instructions, entry codes, and security information must not be shared with unauthorized individuals.
Doors must remain secured when required by studio instructions.
2. Studio Safety & Accident Prevention
Our studio features decorative installations, suspended fixtures, furniture, mirrors, lighting equipment, and other creative elements.
Exercise caution when walking, posing, photographing, or using studio equipment.
Certain areas, particularly the Vybe Room, feature low ceilings, suspended decorative elements, a disco ball, and decorative bull horns.
Observe all posted safety notices and maintain awareness of surrounding fixtures.
Do not climb on furniture, hang from fixtures, pull decorations, or use installations in an unsafe manner.
Photographers and renters must supervise their clients and guests, including minors.
Report accidents, injuries, damaged fixtures, or potentially hazardous conditions immediately.
In an emergency, call 911 before notifying studio management.
3. Professional Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Harassment Policy
Poem and Stills maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding sexual harassment, unwanted physical contact, intimidation, threats, discrimination, exploitation, and inappropriate conduct.
Photographers, renters, models, clients, assistants, and other guests must respect personal boundaries and obtain appropriate consent before physical contact or participation in sensitive photography sessions.
Renters are responsible for their own conduct and for taking reasonable steps to supervise and address misconduct involving individuals they invite.
Poem and Stills reserves the right to terminate a session, restrict access, or contact appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary to address unsafe, threatening, or prohibited conduct.
Photographers and other service providers operate independently unless expressly identified otherwise in writing. Poem and Stills does not supervise their professional services or guarantee their conduct.
4. Furniture, Props & Studio Equipment
Do not move large furniture, mounted decorations, mirrors, or studio installations without authorization.
Do not remove, alter, disconnect, or damage decorative lighting or equipment.
Do not attach anything to walls, ceilings, or furniture without written permission.
No candles, open flames, smoke bombs, fireworks, glitter, confetti, or hazardous materials.
Body oils, liquids, adhesives, and other materials that may stain or damage studio surfaces are prohibited without prior approval.
Renters may be charged reasonable, documented costs for damage beyond ordinary wear and tear caused by themselves or their guests.
5. Lighting, Weather & Photography Conditions
Natural and ambient lighting may vary due to weather, rain, cloud coverage, seasonal changes, and time of day.
Poem and Stills does not guarantee particular natural lighting conditions, shadows, color temperatures, or photographic outcomes.
Photographers and renters are responsible for determining whether available lighting is suitable for their intended sessions and for supplying any additional equipment they require.
Power outages, equipment failures, and other interruptions will be addressed according to the Rental Agreement and applicable law.
6. Cleanliness & Studio Care
Leave each rented area in substantially the same condition in which it was received.
Return movable props and accessories to their original locations.
Remove personal belongings and dispose of trash appropriately.
Report preexisting damage or cleanliness concerns upon arrival.
Additional cleaning or repair charges may apply when reasonably necessary because of the renter’s or guests’ actions.
7. Pets & Animals
NO PETS ALLOWED.
Pets and other animals are not permitted inside Poem and Stills, except for service animals as required by applicable law.
Unauthorized animals may result in appropriate cleaning or damage charges and other action permitted by law.
8. Noise & Neighboring Businesses
Keep music and noise at reasonable levels.
No disruptive gatherings, shouting, running, or unsafe activity.
Respect shared entrances, walkways, neighboring businesses, and other occupants.
Do not confront, threaten, harass, photograph for purposes of intimidation, or interfere with neighboring tenants or their visitors.
Report concerning interactions or security incidents to studio management.
Do not obstruct entrances, exits, or shared access areas.
9. Privacy, Changing Areas & Sensitive Sessions
Boudoir and other sensitive photography sessions must be conducted respectfully, privately, and in compliance with applicable law.
All participants must provide appropriate consent.
Minors must be appropriately supervised, and any photography involving minors must comply with applicable laws.
Changing and undressing are permitted only in designated private areas.
Participants must remain appropriately dressed in shared or public areas.
Unauthorized recording, photography, or distribution of private images is prohibited.
10. Security & Surveillance
For property protection and security, Poem and Stills may use surveillance cameras in disclosed entrances, exits, and common areas.
Cameras will not be placed in bathrooms or designated private changing areas.
Renters must not tamper with security devices, disable cameras, share access credentials, or permit unauthorized entry.
11. Accidents, Injuries & Responsibility
Renters and guests are expected to exercise reasonable care and comply with all posted warnings and studio instructions.
Renters are responsible for injuries or damage caused by their own negligent, reckless, intentional, or unauthorized conduct, or that of their guests, to the extent permitted by law.
The Studio Rental Agreement contains additional provisions concerning assumption of risk, liability, and responsibility.
Nothing in these policies excludes liability that cannot lawfully be waived.
12. Photography & Promotional Features
We welcome photographers and creators to share their work for potential features on Poem and Stills’ website, social media, and promotional materials.
Participation is entirely optional.
Images or videos will be used for promotional purposes only when the appropriate copyright permissions and identifiable-subject releases have been obtained.
Photographers retain ownership of their original work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Separate promotional consent and model release forms are available.
13. Policy Violations
Poem and Stills reserves the right to refuse unauthorized entry, suspend activities, or terminate a session when reasonably necessary to address serious policy violations, unsafe conduct, harassment, property damage, or security concerns.
Charges for damage, cleaning, or other losses will be determined in accordance with the Rental Agreement and applicable law.
14. Rental Agreement & Dispute Resolution
Renters must review and accept the Studio Rental Agreement before receiving studio access.
The agreement includes additional terms concerning liability, property damage, safety, independent service providers, and dispute resolution, including binding arbitration where legally permitted.
Any dispute resolution requirements, exceptions, and procedures are governed by the signed agreement and applicable law.
